青少年经历突发洪涝灾害的心理体验质性研究

A qualitative study on psychological experience of adolescents experiencing flood disaster

    目的 了解青少年经历突发性洪涝灾害的心理体验。
    方法 采用质性研究的半结构式访谈法对河南省新乡市12名经历洪涝灾害的青少年进行质性访谈, 采用Colaizzi七步分析法进行资料分析。
    结果 青少年经历洪涝灾害的真实心理体验共提炼出4个主题和12个亚主题。经历洪涝灾害的青少年有明显的创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)表现,且有一定创伤后应激障碍。
    结论 大部分经历过洪涝灾害的青少年创伤后成长良好,生活节奏被突然打断后应对良好,但手机和网络成瘾严重。社会及学校等相关机构需要加强对经历过洪涝灾害的青少年的心理健康教育,采取针对性措施降低其心理应激水平,预防心理障碍的发生。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To understand the psychological experience of adolescents experiencing flood disaster.
    Methods The semi-structured interview method of qualitative research was used to interview 12 teenagers who had experienced flood disaster, and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi seven-step method.
    Results A total of 4 themes and 12 subthemes were extracted from the real psychological experience of the teenagers experiencing the flood disaster. Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) was obvious in the adolescents who experience flood disaster, and they presented a certain degree of PTSD.
    Conclusion Most of the teenagers who experienced the flood grow up well after the trauma, cope well with the sudden interruption of the pace of life, but suffer from severe addiction to mobile phones and the internet. The society, schools and other relevant institutions need to strengthen the mental health education of adolescents who have experienced flood disasters, take targeted measures to reduce the level of psychological stress and prevent the occurrence of psychological disorders.
