超声在糖尿病正中神经病变中的应用进展

Application progress of ultrasound in diabetic median neuropathy

  • 摘要: 糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病常见并发症。在DPN研究中,正中神经常为上肢神经中的首选研究对象。目前,超声已逐渐被用于诊断及治疗DPN, 其中高频超声能显示神经走行、内部结构及内部血流等变化,神经剪切波弹性成像可提供神经的生物力学和弹性特性相关信息。本文就超声在诊断糖尿病正中神经病变,鉴别诊断DPN和腕管综合征(CTS), 以及治疗糖尿病CTS方面的应用进展进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) is a common complication of diabetes. In DPN studies, the median god is often the first choice for upper limb nerve research. At present, ultrasound has been gradually used in the diagnosis and treatment of DPN, and high-frequency ultrasound can show the changes of nerve course, internal structure and internal blood flow, and nerve shear wave elastography can provide information related to the biomechanical and elastic properties of nerves. This article reviewed the application progress of ultrasound in the diagnosis of diabetic median neuropathy, the differential diagnosis of DPN and carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS), and the treatment of diabetic CTS.
