Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of three-dimensional individualized nursing on prognosis rehabilitation and quality of life of female schizophrenia.
Methods A total of 220 female patients with schizophrenia hospitalized from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as research objects, and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random double-blind method, with 110 cases in each group. Both groups received routine nursing, and the observation group was given three-dimensional individualized nursing on the basis of the control group. The medication compliance rate, medical knowledge awareness, recurrence rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups after discharge.
Results After 8 weeks of nursing, the drug compliance rate of the control group was 50.91%(56/110), the awareness of medical knowledge was 47.27% (52/110), and the recurrence rate was 32.73%(36/110). In the observation group, the medication compliance rate was 75.45%(83/110), the awareness of health knowledge was 93.64%(103/110), and the recurrence rate was 10.91%(12/110). The drug complete compliance rate and medical knowledge awareness of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion Three-dimensional individualized nursing can effectively improve the medication compliance, medical knowledge awareness and quality of life of female patients with schizophrenia, and reduce the recurrence rate after discharge.
