基于ICF-CY框架下游戏疗法联合康复训练对脑瘫患儿的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of game therapy combined with rehabilitation training in children with cerebral palsy based on ICF-CY framework

    目的  探讨基于ICF-CY框架下游戏疗法联合综合康复训练对脑瘫患儿的疗效。
    方法  选取脑瘫患儿80例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。研究组患儿采用ICF-CY框架下游戏疗法联合综合康复训练治疗; 对照组患儿采用传统的综合康复训练进行治疗。采用日常生活能力量表(ADL)、粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM)、Peabody精细运动发育量表(PDMS-FM)、发育商(DQ)、自制满意度量表评估2组治疗效果; 利用CRRC版S-S语言发育迟缓评价法对患儿的语言功能进行评估; 比较2组护理满意度。
    结果  治疗后,研究组语言功能评分、ADL评分及GMFM评分、DQ评分、护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。
    结论  基于ICF-CY框架下游戏疗法联合康复训练的治疗模式对脑瘫具有较好的疗效,能够改善脑瘫患儿各项功能,促进其全面康复。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective  To explore effect of game therapy combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training in children with cerebral palsy based on ICF-CY framework.
    Methods  A total of 80 children with cerebral palsy were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The study group was treated with game therapy combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training based on ICF-CY framework, while the control group was treated with traditional comprehensive rehabilitation training. Activity of Daily Living (ADL), the Gross Motor Functional Measure (GMFM), Peabody Developmental Motor Scale-Fine Motor (PDMS-FM), developmental quotient (DQ) and self-made satisfaction scale were used to evaluate the treatment effect in the two groups. The language function of the children was evaluated by CRRC S-S language retardation. The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.
    Results  After treatment, the scores of language function, ADL score, GMFM, DQ and nursing satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
    Conclusion  The treatment mode of game therapy combined with rehabilitation training based on ICF-CY framework has better efficacy for cerebral palsy, which can improve the functions of children with cerebral palsy and promote their comprehensive rehabilitation.
