溃疡性结肠炎复发相关组织学研究进展

Research progress on recurrence related histology of ulcerative colitis

摘要: 溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种慢性复发性的炎症性肠病。随着生物学制剂的发展，组织学缓解成为UC治疗的新前沿，越来越多的患者可以达到症状缓解和内镜下黏膜愈合的治疗目标。作者就UC组织学缓解的进展、评价体系和临床意义进行综述，为组织学缓解作为UC的治疗目标提供依据。

Abstract: Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic recurrent inflammatory bowel disease. With the development of biological agents, histological remission becomes a new frontier in the treatment of UC, and more and more patients can achieve the therapeutic goal of symptom remission and endoscopic mucosal healing. This paper reviewed the progress, evaluation system and clinical significance of histological remission of UC, so as to provide basis for histological remission as the therapeutic goal of UC.
