益肾促排方治疗肾虚痰瘀型多囊卵巢综合征的效果观察

Effect of Yishen Cupai Recipe in treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome differentiated as type of renal deficiency with phlegm and stasis

      目的  探讨益肾促排方治疗肾虚痰瘀型多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的临床疗效。
      方法  选取确诊为肾虚痰瘀型PCOS患者72例为研究对象，随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组36例。治疗组采用益肾促排方治疗，对照组采用二甲双胍治疗。比较2组Ferriman-Gallwey多毛等级评分、痤疮综合分级系统（GAGS）评分、中医证候评分、体质量指数（BMI）、实验室检查指标促卵泡生成激素（FSH）、促黄体生成激素（LH）、促黄体生成激素与促卵泡生成激素比值（LH/FSH）、睾酮（T）水平、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）、治疗总有效率。
      结果  治疗后，2组BMI均下降，且治疗组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，2组FSH均升高，LH、LH/FSH、T、HOMA-IR均降低，且治疗组FSH高于对照组，LH、LH/FSH、T、HOMA-IR低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。2组治疗后Ferriman-Gallwey多毛等级评分、GAGS评分及中医证候积分均降低，且治疗组均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05或P<0.01）。治疗组治疗总有效率为97.22%，高于对照组的88.89%，差异有统计学意义（P=0.037）。
      结论  益肾促排方治疗肾虚痰瘀型PCOS患者疗效显著，不仅可改善患者BMI及实验室检查指标，还能缓解痤疮、多毛等症状，可以作为一种有效的治疗手段。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To explore the clinical effect of Yishen Cupai Recipe in treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) differentiated as type of renal deficiency with phlegm and stasis.
      Methods  A total of 72 patients with PCOS differentiated as type of renal deficiency with phlegm and stasis were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Yishen Cupai Recipe,and the control group was treated with metformin.Ferriman-Gallwey hairy grade score,Global Acne Grading System (GAGS) score,syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine,body mass index (BMI),laboratory indexesfollicle stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH),ratio of luteinizing hormone to follicle stimulating hormone (LH/FSH),testosterone (T),insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.
      Results  After treatment,the BMI in both groups decreased significantly,and the BMI of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the FSH increased significantly while the LH,LH/FSH,T and HOMA-IR decreased significantly in both groups,and the FSH in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the LH,LH/FSH,T and HOMA-IR were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01).After treatment,the Ferriman-Gallwey hairy grade score,GAGS score and syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine decreased significantly in both groups,and these indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.22%,which was significantly higher than 88.89% of the control group (P=0.037).
      Conclusion  Yishen Cupai Recipe is effective in the treatment of patients with PCOS differentiated as type of renal deficiency with phlegm and stasis,which can not only improve BMI and laboratory indexes,but also alleviate symptoms such as acne and hairiness.
