      目的  探讨24 h眼压电子描记图的临床应用价值。
      方法  对18名护生统一培训后，每人分别运用手工和电子描记2种方式完成6份24 h眼压描记图。对2种方式的记录时间、修改次数、错误点数、一次成功率及护生的满意度进行调查和比较。
      结果  2种描记方式的记录时间、修改次数、错误点数、一次成功率比较，差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。与手工描记相比，电子描记的记录时间缩短，一次成功率提高，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05); 护生对电子描记方式的满意度高于手工描记，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。
      结论  24 h眼压电子描记图具有操作简单、书写快捷和质量高等优点，且护士满意度高，可有效提高护理质量。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To explore the clinical application value of 24-hour intraocular pressure electrogram.
      Methods  After unified training of 18 nursing students, each of them completed 6 copies of 24-hour intraocular pressure electrogram by manual and electronic tracing. The recording time, modification times, error points, one-time success rate and satisfaction of nursing students of two methods were investigated and compared.
      Results  There were significant differences in recording time, modification times, error points and one-time success rate between the two tracing methods (P < 0.05). Compared with the manual tracing, the recording time of the electronic tracing was significantly shortened and one-time success rate was significantly increased(P < 0.05). The satisfaction of the electronic tracing was significantly higher than that of the manual tracing (P < 0.05).
      Conclusion  24-hour intraocular pressure electrogram has the advantages of simple operation, fast writing high quality and high satisfaction of nurses, which can effectively improve the quality of nursing.
