Abstract:
Objective To construct a nursing quality evaluation system for diabetic retinopathy, standardize nurses' behavior, and provide tools for evaluating and improving the nursing quality of diabetic retinopathy.
Methods Based on the theoretical framework of three-dimensional quality structure model, the nursing quality evaluation index system and the weight of each index were determined through the literature review method, semi-structured interview method, expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process.
Results The index system including 3 item first-level indexes, 9 second-level indexes and 32 third-level indexes was finally constructed. The positive coefficients of the two rounds of experts were 94.1% and 90.6%, the authority coefficients were 0.890, 0.895, and the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.244 and 0.235. The index consistency test at all levels showed the CR value was less than 0.1, and showed a satisfactory consistency test results. The indexes with higher weight values were successively process index, symptom management, and incidence of hypoglycemia in DR patients.
Conclusion The construction of the nursing quality evaluation system for diabetic retinopathy is scientific and professional, which can comprehensively measure the nursing quality of diabetic retinopathy, and has guiding significance for clinical nursing work.
