碘造影剂致急性血小板减少1例

A case of acute thrombocytopenia caused by iodine contrast agent

摘要: 分析1例住院患者全腹部增强CT检查时，使用碘造影剂40 min后出现过敏反应并伴血小板一过性急剧下降的原因，考虑可能是造影剂碘克沙醇过敏所致。本案例为临床提供预警作用，临床上应对此类情况患者进行积极预防和治疗。

Abstract: The causes of allergic reaction and rapid transient decline in platelets in an inpatient after 40 min using iodine contrast agent who underwent total abdominal enhanced CT examination were analyzed, and it may be caused by an allergy to iodixanol which is one of the contrast agents. This case provided early warning for clinic, and such cases should be actively prevented and treated clinically.
