Abstract: Based on the related factors of non-chemotherapy drug extravasation, mechanism of tissue injury induced by extravasation, and prevention and treatment methods, this paper summarized the research progress of non-chemotherapy drug extravasation protection, proposed the corresponding management norms and training mechanism of non-chemotherapy drugs, so that clinical nurses can master the management methods of non-chemotherapy drug extravasation.
