电针手三阳经原络配穴治疗脑梗死恢复期患者的疗效观察

Efficacy of electroacupuncture at Yuan-primary and Luo-connecting acupoints of three yang meridians of hands in treating patients with cerebral infarction at convalescence

      目的  观察电针手三阳经原络配穴治疗脑梗死恢复期患者的临床疗效。
      方法  将94例缺血性中风恢复期患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组47例. 对照组行常规电针治疗,治疗组在电针基础上加用手三阳经的原络配穴治疗. 比较2组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)评分、改良Bathel指数(MBI)评分和Brunnstrom分级。
      结果  治疗后,2组NIHSS评分均降低,且治疗组NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01);治疗后,2组FMA评分、MBI评分和Brunnstrom分级均升高,且治疗组FMA评分、MBI评分和Brunnstrom分级高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。
      结论  与传统针灸取穴比较,原络配穴法体现了针灸穴位的特异性,发挥了良好的近治作用和阴阳并补的全身调节作用,能够更有效地修复神经缺损,促进肢体运动功能恢复,改善日常生活能力。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at Yuan-primary and Luo-connecting acupoints of three yang meridians of hands in treating patients with cerebral infarction at convalescence.
      Methods  A total of 94 patients with cerebral infarction at convalescence were selected and randomly divided into treatment group (n=47) and control group (n=47). Patients in the control group were treated with conventional electroacupuncture therapy, and those in the treatment group were treated with electroacupuncture at Yuan-primary and Luo-connecting acupoints of three yang meridians of hands. The scores of National Institute of Health stroke scale (NIHSS), Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale (FMA), modified Bathel Index (MBI), and Brunnstrom grading of two groups were compared.
      Results  The scores of NIHSS of two groups decreased, while the scores of FMA, MBI and Brunnstrom grading all increased after treatment (P < 0.01). NIHSS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, FMA score, MBI score and Brunnstrom score in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.01).
      Conclusion  Compared with traditional acupuncture and moxibustion, Yuan-primary and Luo-connecting acupoints in combination reflects the specificity of acupuncture and moxibustion points, plays roles in near-treatment and systemic adjustment of supplementing yin and yang. Besides, it can repair nerve defects more effectively, promote the recovery of limb motor function and improve the ability of daily life.
