血清微小RNA-210、白细胞介素-17水平与急性脑梗死患者颈动脉狭窄程度的相关性

Correlations between serum microRNA-210, interleukin-17 levels and degree of carotid artery stenosisin patients with acute cerebral infarction

      目的  探讨血清微小RNA-210(miR-210)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平与急性脑梗死(ACI)患者颈动脉狭窄程度的相关性。
      方法  前瞻性选择95例ACI患者作为研究对象,检测患者血清miR-210、IL-17水平,评估颈动脉狭窄程度并据此分为重度狭窄、中度狭窄、轻度狭窄,分析血清miR-210、IL-17水平与ACI患者颈动脉狭窄程度的相关性。
      结果  不同颈动脉狭窄程度患者的miRNA、炎症因子水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);Kendall's tau-b相关性分析显示,微小RNA-15b(miR-15b)、miR-210与ACI患者颈动脉狭窄程度呈负相关(r=-0.594、-0.910,P < 0.001),而IL-17、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与ACI患者颈动脉狭窄程度呈正相关(r=0.801、0.599、0.440,P < 0.001);Spearman相关性分析结果显示,ACI患者血清miR-210水平与血清IL-17水平呈负相关(rs=-0.697,P < 0.001)。
      结论  血清miR-210、IL-17水平均与ACI患者颈动脉狭窄程度有关,随着血清miR-210水平降低、IL-17水平升高,颈动脉狭窄程度加重。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To investigate the correlations between the levels of serum microRNA (miRNA)-210, interleukin-17(IL-17) and the degree of carotid artery stenosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI).
      Methods  A total of 95 patients with ACI were prospectively selected as research subjects, the serum miR-210 and IL-17 levels of patients were detected, the degree of carotid stenosis was evaluated, and they were divided into severe stenosis group, moderate stenosis group and mild stenosis group according to the severity of carotid stenosis, the correlations between serum miR-210, IL-17 levels and the degree of carotid artery stenosis in patients with ACI were analyzed.
      Results  There was significant differences in the levels of miRNA and inflammatory factors in patients with different degree of carotid stenosis (P < 0.05); Kendall's tau-b correlation analysis showed that miR-15b and miR-210 were negatively correlated with the degree of carotid artery stenosis in ACI patients (r=-0.594, -0.910, P < 0.001), IL-17, IL-1β and TNF-α were positively correlated with the degree of carotid artery stenosis in ACI patients (r=0.801, 0.599, 0.440, P < 0.001). Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum miR-210 level was negatively correlated with serum IL-17 level in ACI patients (rs=-0.697, P < 0.001).
      Conclusion  The serum miR-210 and IL-17 levels are related to the degree of carotid artery stenosis in ACI patients. With the decrease of serum miR-210 level and increase of IL-17 level, the degree of carotid artery stenosis is aggravated.
