白细胞介素-33在肌细胞相关炎症疾病中的研究进展

Progress of interleukin-33 in myocyte-related inflammatory diseases

  • 摘要: 白细胞介素-33(IL-33)具有促炎、抗炎双重特性,在哮喘、心肌梗死、炎症性肠病等疾病中发挥着重要作用。IL-33在妊娠中影响蜕膜和胎盘免疫细胞的调节,参与维持妊娠所需的抗炎和促炎平衡。妊娠期子宫平滑肌中的炎症反应是导致分娩的主要因素之一,但关于IL-33对分娩时子宫平滑肌中炎症反应的影响目前尚未明确。本综述对IL-33在气道平滑肌、小肠平滑肌、心肌、骨骼肌和妊娠相关疾病中的炎症反应机制进行总结,旨在为IL-33在妊娠期子宫平滑肌中作用的研究提供参考方向。

     

    Abstract: Interleukin-33(IL-33) has pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory effects, and plays vital roles in various diseases such as asthma, myocardial infarction and inflammatory bowel disease. Recent studies have shown that IL-33 affects the regulation of decidual and placental immune cells during pregnancy and is involved in maintaining the anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory balance. Inflammatory response in myometrium during pregnancy is a major factor leading to delivery, but the effect of IL-33 on uterine smooth muscle during pregnancy is unknown. This paper summarized the inflammatory response mechanisms of IL-33 in airway smooth muscle, small intestine smooth muscle, myocardium, skeletal muscle and pregnancy-related diseases, aiming to provide research strategy for the study of IL-33 in uterine smooth muscle during pregnancy.
