Abstract: A 51-year-old male patient was admitted to hospital due to main symptom of acute myocardial infarction, and occurred repeated heart failure after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), and the imaging examination results showed aortic widening and pericardial effusion. Aortic regurgitation was progressively aggravated, and the right coronary sinus and no coronary sinus dissection were found in the patient during the aortic valve replacement, so the patient underwent ascending aortic replacement with artificial aortic valve(Bentall procedure) and right coronary artery bypass grafting with aortic valve artificial vessel. Cardiac function of the patient recovered well after the surgery without obvious discomfort.
