层叠钢板技术治疗粉碎性肱骨干骨折的2例报告

Layered plate for comminuted fractures of humeral shaft: two cases report

摘要: 采用常规钢板处理肱骨干骨折常存在一定限制。本研究采用层叠技术治疗粉碎性肱骨干骨折，取得了良好手术效果。该技术首先采用小钢板维持骨折块的复位并使其处于一定的稳定性，之后再使用常规钢板进行最终固定。术后随访发现骨折对位、对线良好，骨折愈合及患肢功能均良好。

Abstract: Conventional plate is often limited in treating humeral shaft fracture. The research adopted layered plating technique in the treatment of comminuted humeral fractures, and obtained better effect. Firstly, small pieces of steel plates were used to maintain fracture reduction and make the bone in stability. Secondly, conventional plates were used to finally fix the sites of fractures. Postoperative follow-up results found that location and alignment of the bones were excellent, and the bones achieved fracture healing and normal limb functions.
