Study on compatibility rule of marine Chinese medicine in the treatment of cough and panting based on data mining

摘要:目的 运用数据挖掘技术分析海洋中药治疗咳喘的配伍规律。方法 从相关数据库、书籍中筛选出100个治疗咳喘的海洋中药处方。运用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件，分析处方中中药的使用频次以及药物之间的关联规则，挖掘药物核心组合，获得新的治疗咳喘的海洋中药处方。结果 100个治疗咳喘的海洋中药处方中，使用频率较高的海洋中药有蛤壳、海浮石、海藻、昆布、牡蛎等；最常用的药物组合里，蛤壳常与杏仁、贝母、甘草、桑白皮、青黛、黄芩、麻黄、半夏、桔梗、橘红相组合使用。用于新方聚类的核心组合有杏仁-蛤壳-麻黄、甘草-昆布-蛤壳、甘草-蛤壳-麻黄。基于熵层次聚类的新处方有杏仁-蛤壳-麻黄-石膏-紫苏子、甘草-昆布-蛤壳-麻黄。结论 收集到的海洋中药治疗咳喘的中药处方中，蛤壳使用频次最高，常与蛤壳相组合的药物多以清泄肺热、软坚散结、化痰止咳为主要功效。Abstract:Objective To analyze the compatibility of marine Chinese medicine in the treatment of cough and panting by using data mining technology.Methods A total of 100 marine Chinese prescriptions for the treatment of cough and asthma were screened out from relevant databases and books. Traditional Medicine Inheritance System (V2.5) software was used to analyze the frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine in prescriptions and association rules among herbs, dig out the core combination of herbs, and obtain new marine Chinese prescriptions for cough and asthma.Results Among the 100 marine Chinese prescriptions for the treatment of cough and asthma, the marine traditional Chinese herbs with high frequency of use included Geqiao, Haifushi, Haizao, Kunbu and Muli and so on. In the most commonly used herb combinations, Geqiao is often combined with Xingren, Beimu, Gancao, Sangbaipi, Qingdai, Huangqin, Mahuang, Banxia, Jiegeng and Juhong. The core combinations used in the new method cluster included core combination of Xingren-Geqiao-Mahuang, Gancao-Kunbu-Geqiao and Gancao-Geqiao-Mahuang. The new formulae based on entropy hierarchical clustering included core combination of Xingren-Geqiao-Mahuan-Shigao-Zisuzi and Gancao-Kunbu-Geqiao-Mahuang.Conclusion Among the collected marine Chinese prescriptions for the treatment of cough and asthma, Geqiao is the most frequently used herbs, and the herbs often combining with Geqiao is mainly effective in clearing lung heat, softening and dispersing hard mass, resolving phlegm and relieving cough.
