不同踝泵运动方式对下肢静脉回流影响的研究进展

Research progress on effects of different ankle pump exercises on venous drainage of the lower limb

  • 摘要: 静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)在亚洲人群中的发病率逐年上升,已成为严重影响患者生活质量、导致院内死亡的主要原因之一,因此对其进行有效防治至关重要。踝泵运动作为一种安全、经济、易获得的血栓预防措施,已被广泛应用于临床。但不同医疗单元的踝泵运动方式各异,目前尚无统一标准,常无法达到应有效果。本文围绕运动自主性、运动形式、运动角度、运动频率几个方面综述踝泵运动方式,并对现有踝泵运动联合辅助装置及协同措施进行综述,旨在为临床正确实施踝泵运动提供参考依据,最大程度发挥踝泵运动的血栓预防效果。

     

    Abstract: The incidence of venous thromboembolism (VTE) is increasing year by year in Asian population, and has become a major cause of seriously affecting patients' quality of life and hospital death. Therefore, effective prevention and treatment of VTE are very important. Ankle pump exercise is widely used as a safe, economical and accessible measure for thrombosis prevention. However, there is no unified standard for ankle pump movement in different medical units in clinical practice, thus it's unable to achieve the desired effect. In this study, we reviewed the movement modes of the ankle pump from aspects of movement autonomy, form, angle and frequency. In addition, we also had a review in the ankle pump auxiliary devices and promotion measures, aiming to provide a basis for the correct clinical implementation of ankle pump movement and to give full play to the thrombosis prevention effect of ankle pump exercise.
