经鼻内镜对鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤深层次处理的疗效分析

目的分析经鼻内镜对鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤深层次处理手术方式的疗效。
方法将2016年1月—2018年12月收治的68例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者纳入观察组，采用经鼻内镜对鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤根基部深层次处理的手术方式治疗；将2013年8月—2015年12月收治的68例鼻腔鼻窦乳头状瘤患者纳入对照组，采用鼻内镜手术治疗。术后随访，比较2组手术相关指标、临床疗效及术后复发情况。
结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组，术腔黏膜上皮化时间、住院时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；2组手术时间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组复发率为7.4%，低于对照组的26.5%，且观察组复发时间晚于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。2组均无手术相关严重并发症发生。
结论经鼻内镜对鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤深层次处理的手术方式具有损伤小、恢复快、住院时间短等优点，可有效降低鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤术后复发率，且具有良好的治疗效果。

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the efficacy of deep management for inverted papilloma within the nose under nasal endoscopy.
Methods A total of 68 patients with nasal inverted papilloma admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as observation group, performed deep processing for root of nasal inverted papilloma under nasal endoscopy. A total of 68 patients with nasal inverted papilloma from August 2013 to December 2015 were selected as control group who received nasal endoscopic surgeries. The patients were followed up after operation to observe the operative indicators, clinical efficacy and postoperative recurrence in both groups.
Results The amount of blood loss was less, epithelialization time and hospital stay time in the observation group was obviously shorter than those of the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was 7.4%, which was significantly lower than 26.5% in the control group, and the recurrence time was longer than that in the control group (P < 0.05). There were no severe surgical complications in two groups.
Conclusion The deep management for nasal inverted papilloma by endoscopy has the advantages of less injury, faster recovery and shorter hospital stay, and can effectively reduce the postoperative recurrence rate, which indicates that it has good therapeutic effect.
