Abstract:
Objective To observe effect of hemorrhage due to uterine contraction fatigue by using water sac compression haemostatic therapy combined with modified uterus strap(B-Lynch)suture technique in cesarean section surgery.
Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with hemorrhage due to uterine contraction fatigue was analyzed retrospectively. According to varied treatment scheme, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. Modified B-Lynch suture was used in the control group, while modified B-Lynch suture combined with water sac compression haemostatic therapy was used in the observation group. The treatment effect and safety were compared between two groups.
Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding and bleeding volume of 24 h after operation, hospitalization time, hemostatic success rate and postoperative complication rate of observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Modified B-Lynch suture combined with water sac compression haemostatic therapy used in cesarean section has higher hemostatic effect and success rate. It can preserve the fertility function, and is safe and simple in operation.
