Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of avastin combined with loratadine tablets in the treatment of patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria.
Methods Totally 80 patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria in our hospital were selected and divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The indicators after treatment were compared between the two groups.
Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 95.00% in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than 77.50% in the control group(
P<0.05). The serum levels of IgE, C3 and C4 and recurrence rate of disease in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(
P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the maximum wind mass in the treatment group reduced significantly, the duration of persistent attack shortened significantly, and the pruritus score significantly decreased(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Avastin combined with loratadine tablets is effective in treatment of patients with chronic idiopathic urticarial, which can significantly improve the levels of inflammatory factors, relieve clinical symptoms, and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
