Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in induced labor primiparas treated by dinoprostone suppositories.
Methods Eighty-eight full-term primiparas induced by dinoprostone suppositories were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing for induction, while the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing.
Results The observation group had significantly better results than the control group in psychological status, pain tolerance, cesarean section rate, neonatal 5 min Apgar score and nursing satisfaction survey(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for primiparas induced by dinoprostone suppositories is beneficial to alleviate the negative emotions of the pregnant women, enhance the tolerance to the pain and increase the success rate of induced labor for full-term pregnancy.
