坦索罗辛联合氢氯噻嗪对单侧输尿管结石患者体外冲击波碎石术后的排石效果观察

Effect of tamsulosin combined with hydrochlorothiazide on urinary calculus removing after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in patients with unilateral ureteral calculi

  • 摘要: 目的 观察坦索罗辛联合氢氯噻嗪对单侧输尿管结石患者体外冲击波碎石术后的排石效果。 方法 选取76例输尿管结石患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组,每组38例。2组均行体外冲击波碎石术治疗,对照组术后常规给予尿石通丸治疗,联合组在对照组基础上给予坦索罗辛联合氢氯噻嗪治疗,观察2组结石首次排出时间、排净时间,比较2组结石排出率、“石街”形成发生率及不良反应率。 结果 联合组结石排出率、不良反应率分别为78.95%、10.53%, 对照组结石排出率、不良反应率分别为52.63%、28.95%, 2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 联合组结石首次排出时间为(4.76±1.01)d, 结石排净时间为(6.45±1.64)d, 分别短于对照组的(5.88±1.23)、(9.45±2.12)d, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 联合组“石街”形成发生率为2.63%, 对照组为10.53%, 差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 单侧输尿管结石患者体外冲击波碎石术后采用坦索罗辛联合氢氯噻嗪治疗的临床效果良好,可提高结石排出率,缩短结石排出时间,降低不良反应发生风险。

     

    Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of tansoroxine combined with hydrochlorothiazide on urinary calculus removing after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in patients with unilateral ureteral calculi. Methods A total of 76 ureteral calculi cases were selected as study objects, and were divided into control group and combination group according to random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, the control group was treated with Niaoshitong Pill after operation, and the combined group was treated with tamsulosin combined with hydrochlorothiazide on the basis of the control group. The time of stone excretion and net excretion were observed in the two groups, and the stone removing rate, steinstrasse formation rate and adverse reaction rate were calculated. Results Stone removing rate and adverse reaction rate were 78.95% and 10.53%, respectively in the combined group, and 52.63% and 28.95%, respectively in the control group, significant differences were found in two groups(P<0.05). The first stone removing time of the combined group was(4.76±1.01)d and the net stone excretion time was(6.45±1.64)d, which were both significantly shorter than(5.88±1.23)d and(9.45±2.12)d in the control group(P<0.05). The steinstrasse formation rate in the combined group was 2.63%, and was 10.53% in the control group, there was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Tansoroxine combined with hydrochlorothiazide after extracorporeal shock wave - lithotripsy can improve the stone excretion rate, shorten the stone excretion time and reduce the risk of adverse reactions, so it has better efficacy.
