Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of Compound Jingjie Fumigation Lotion on wound growth factor and inflammatory response in patients after anal fissure surgery.
Methods Ninety patients with anal fissure were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. After surgery, the control group was used Kangfuxin solution, and the observation group was used Compound Jingjie Fumigation Lotion, both groups were continued to intervene for 7 days. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the pain perception of the two groups before intervention and at the end of intervention; the wound growth factorsvascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR-2) and inflammatory indicatorsinterleukin 6 (IL-6), interferon γ(IFN-γ), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were compared between the two groups before intervention and at the end of intervention.
Results At the end of intervention, the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05); the optical density (OD) values of VEGF and VEGFR-2 in the wounds of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05); the levels of serum IL-6, IFN-γ and TNF-α of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion Compound Jingjie Fumigation Lotion can effectively relieve postoperative pain of patients with anal fissure, reduce inflammatory reaction, and up-regulate the expression of wound growth factor, which is beneficial to postoperative wound healing.
