Abstract:
Peptic ulcer usually occurs in stomach and duodenum, and also occurs in lower esophagus, small intestine, anastomotic stoma and ectopic gastric mucosa such as Meckel diverticulum in intestinal tract. As a traditional Chinese herb, bletilla striata has a high medicinal and economic value. Bletilla striata contains a variety of effective chemical components and has a wide range of biological and pharmacological activities. In this study, the pharmacological effects of bletilla striata were analyzed, and the experimental and clinical researches of bletilla striata in the treatment of peptic ulcer were reviewed, so as to provide the basis for clinical application of bletilla striata in the treatment of peptic ulcer.
