Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xingqi Huoxue Lidan Decoction combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of patients with cholecystitis. Methods Ninety patients with cholecystitis were selected and randomly divided into surgery group and combined group, with 45 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and the combined group was treated with Xingqi Huoxue Lidan Decoction on the second day after operation. Operation time, the amount of bleeding, the time of the first anal exhaust and the length of hospital stay were compared between two groups. The levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-10(IL-10)were compared between two groups before operation and 72 hours after operation. Incidence of complications was compared between two groups. Results There were no significant differences in operation time, the amount of bleeding, the time of the first anal exhaust and the length of hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05). At 72 hours after operation, the levels of CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the surgery group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the combined group was 4.44%, which was lower than 11.11% in the operation group, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Xingqi Huoxue Lidan Decoction combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy is effective and safe in the treatment of patients with cholecystitis, which can reduce the inflammatory reaction caused by operation and promote the postoperative recovery of patients.
