Abstract:
Objective To explore the expression and clinicopathological significance of circular ribose nucleic acid 92400(circ-92400)in tissues of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
Methods The expression of circ-92400 was detected by RNA
in situ hybridization technology in colorectal adenocarcinoma and their adjacent normal intestinal tissues of 102 cases, and the correlations between circ-92400 and pathological parameters were analyzed.
Results The positive detection rate of circ-92400 was 77.45%(79/102)in tissues of colorectal adenocarcinoma. The positive expression of circ-92400 was correlated with tumor size, lymph node metastasis, TNM stage and degree of differentiation(
P<0.05). The percentage value of positive circ-92400 cells in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues was(58.00±13.00)%, which was significantly higher than(11.00±3.00)% in adjacent normal intestinal tissues(
t=5.84,
P<0.05).
Conclusion The positive expression of circ-92400 is closely correlated with tumor size, lymph node metastasis, TNM stage and degree of differentiation, and circ-92400 may be a new tumor marker of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
