Abstract:
Objective To observe effect of hospital-based health technology assessment(HB-HTA)in procurement of robots for intravenous drugs allocation.
Methods The conditions of robots for intravenous drugs allocation applied by pharmacy intravenous admixture service were analyzed and evaluated scientifically and reasonably based on aspects of the basic situation, technical level, patient level, hospital level and economic level.
Results According to the evaluation process and results, a HB-HTA report was compiled as decision-making bases and the evaluation result revealed that there was no need to purchase robots for intravenous drugs allocation.
Conclusion HB-HTA can strengthen the scientific management of medical equipments, optimize the allocation of medical resources and improve the utilization rate of medical resources, and finally realize the evidence-based decision-making value of HB-HTA.
