晶状体糖基化终末产物与糖尿病视网膜病变相关性研究

Relationship between glycosylation end products in crystalline lens and diabetic retinopathy

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨晶状体糖基化终末产物(AGEs)与糖尿病视网膜病变的关系。 方法 选取72例糖尿病性白内障患者作为研究对象,将其分为无明显糖尿病视网膜病变(NDR)组26例、非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)组27例和增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)组19例,并以同期32例非糖尿病性白内障患者为对照组,比较各组AGEs检测情况。 结果 对照组、NDR组、NPDR组、PDR组的晶状体羧乙基赖氨酸(CEL)、戊糖苷素、咪唑酮水平依次升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05); 相关性分析结果显示, CEL水平与戊糖苷素水平呈显著正相关(r=0.892, P<0.001), 戊糖苷素水平与咪唑酮水平呈显著正相关(r=0.826, P<0.001), CEL水平与咪唑酮水平呈显著正相关(r=0.821, P<0.001)。 结论 AGEs与糖尿病视网膜病变密切相关,减少糖尿病患者的晶状体AGEs对预防糖尿病眼部并发症具有重要的临床意义。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the relationship between glycation end products(AGEs)in crystalline and diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 72 patients with diabetic cataract were selected as research objects, and were divided into non-diabetic retinopathy(NDR)group(n=26), non-prolifertive dibetic retinopthy(NDR)group(n=27), and proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR)group(n=19). Thirty-two patients with non-diabetic cataract were selected as control group during the same period. The detection condition of AGEs in each group was compared. Results The levels of carboxyethyl lysine(CEL), pentoside and imidazolone in crystalline lens were increased in sequence in the control group, NDR group, NPDR group and PDR group, and there were significant between-group differences(P<0.05). The correlation analysis showed that the level of pentoside was positively correlated with CEL level(r=0.892, P<0.001)and imidazolone(r=0.826, P<0.001), and level of CEL was positively correlated with level of imidazolone(r=0.821, P<0.001). Conclusion AGEs is closely related to diabetic retinopathy. Therefore, it is of great significance in preventing diabetic-induced ocular complications by reducing AGEs in crystalline lens of diabetic patients.
