麝香保心丸联合阿替洛尔治疗急性心肌梗死患者的疗效观察

Effects of Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with atenolol for patients with acute myocardial infarction

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨麝香保心丸联合阿替洛尔对急性心肌梗死患者心肌酶及氧化应激指标的影响。 方法 选取急性心肌梗死患者83例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=43)与对照组(n=40)。对照组采用阿替洛尔治疗,观察组在此基础上采用麝香保心丸治疗。比较2组治疗前后心肌酶、氧化应激指标变化情况。 结果 治疗后,观察组心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 治疗后,观察组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)水平均较对照组高,丙二醛(MDA)较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 对急性心肌梗死患者实施麝香保心丸联合阿替洛尔治疗的疗效确切,可有效改善心功能,减轻过氧化损伤,且安全性高。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with atenolol on myocardial enzyme and oxidative stress indicators in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 83 patients with acute myocardial infarction were divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=40)according to random number table method. The control group was treated with atenolol, and the observation group was given Shexiang Baoxin Pill based on the control group. The changes of myocardial enzyme and oxidative stress indexes before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of cardiac troponin I(cTnI)and creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05); after treatment, the superoxide dismutases(SOD)and glutathione(GSH)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, and malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with atenolol in treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction is effective, and it can improve heart function, reduce peroxidation damage, and have higher safety.
