益肾活血汤对慢性肾衰竭脾肾气虚证患者的疗效观察

Effect of Yishen Huoxue Decoction for patients with chronic renal failure differentiated as syndrome of qi deficiency of spleen and kidney

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨益肾活血汤对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)脾肾气虚证患者血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)及骨形态发生蛋白-7(BMP-7)水平的影响。 方法 将120例CRF脾肾气虚证患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予卡托普利片和肾衰宁胶囊治疗,研究组给予益肾活血汤治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后血清TGF-β1、BMP-7水平,中医证候评分以及临床疗效。 结果 研究组治疗后血清TGF-β1水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05), 血清BMP-7水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后中医证候评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率为80.00%, 显著高于对照组的56.67%(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,所有患者均未出现发热、过敏等不良反应。 结论 益肾活血汤治疗CRF脾肾气虚证患者安全、有效,能够降低患者血清TGF-β1水平,提高血清BMP-7水平,改善患者预后。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of Yishen Huoxue Decoction on levels of serum transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and bone morphogenetic protein-7(BMP-7)in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)differentiated as syndrome of qi deficiency of spleen and kidney. Methods Totally 120 patients with CRF differentiated as syndrome of qi deficiency of spleen and kidney were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with captopril tablets and Shenshuaining Capsules, and the study group was treated with Yishen Huoxue Decoction. The levels of serum TGF-β1 and BMP-7, score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the serum TGF-β1 level in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), while the serum BMP-7 level was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the score of TCM syndrome in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 80.00%, which was significantly higher than 56.67% of the control group(P<0.05). During the course of treatment, no patient had adverse reactions such as fever and allergy. Conclusion Yishen Huoxue Decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with CRF differentiated as syndrome of qi deficiency of spleen and kidney, which can reduce the level of serum TGF-β1, increase the level of serum BMP-7, and improve the prognosis of patients.
