Abstract:
Objective To observe multi-department combined thermal preservation on serum inflammatory factors in patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.
Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery in Subei People's Hospital were selected as subjects, and were randomly divided into A group(conventional thermal preservation), B group(intraoperative thermal preservation)and C group(multi-department combined thermal preservation). Blood samples of three groups were collected, and the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6), C reactive protein(CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in each group were detected on the first day before operation(T
0), and the first day(T
1), the third day(T
2)and the fifth day(T
3)after operation.
Results At T
1, T
2 and T
3, the levels of IL-6, CRP and TNF-α in the C group were significantly lower than those in the A and B groups(
P<0.05). Compared with T
0, IL-6, CRP and TNF-α levels in the three groups were increased at different time points after operation, except for the level of TNF-α at T
3 in group C(
P<0.05). At T
1, T
2 and T
3, the levels of IL-6, CRP and TNF-α in group C were significantly lower than those in group A and B(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Combined heat preservation measures of multiple departments can reduce the occurrence of hypothermia and - relieve immune stress damage.
