Abstract:
Objective To explore the application value of emergency operation in treatment of patients with ankle fracture complicated with dislocation.
Methods Totally 65 patients with ankle fracture complicated with dislocation were randomly divided into emergency group(
n=35)and selection group(
n=30). The therapeutic effect, score of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS), hospitalization time, healing time of fracture, ankle joint function and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.
Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(
P>0.05). After treatment, the VAS score and duration of pain in the emergency group were(3.28±1.04)points and(2.11±0.75)days, which were significantly lower and shorter than(6.52±1.08)points and(3.88±0.69)days in the selection group(
P<0.05). The hospitalization time and healing time of fracture in the emergency group were significantly shorter than those in the selection group(
P<0.05), and the ankle function score was significantly higher than that in the selection group(
P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the selection group was 30.00%, which was significantly higher than 5.72% in the emergency group(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Emergency surgery is effective in the treatment of patients with ankle fracture complicated with dislocation, which can promote the recovery of ankle function, and reduce the incidence of complications.
