中医骨伤手法加补阳还五汤对腰椎间盘突出症患者的影响

Effect of bone injury manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine and Buyang Huanwu Decoction for patients with lumbar disc herniation

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨中医骨伤手法加补阳还五汤对腰椎间盘突出症患者日本骨科协会(JOA)评分与炎症因子水平的影响。 方法 选取本院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者100例为研究对象,按随机投掷法分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组给予中医骨伤手法联合补阳还五汤治疗,比较2组治疗效果。 结果 研究组有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05); 2组治疗前视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、JOA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 治疗后,研究组VAS评分显著低于对照组,JOA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05); 2组治疗前白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 治疗后,研究组IL-6、CRP炎症因子水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 中医骨伤手法联合补阳还五汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果显著。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of bone injury manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine and Buyang Huanwu Decoction on Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)score and inflammatory factor levels in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in our hospital were selected as research objects, and divided into control group and study group by random throwing method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated by conventional western medicine, while the study group was given bone injury manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction, and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05); before treatment, Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and JOA score showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05); after treatment, the study group had significantly lower VAS score, and significantly higher JOA score than the control group(P<0.05); before treatment, the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and C reactive protein(CRP)showed no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05); after treatment, the levels of IL-6 and CRP in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The bone injury manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction has significant effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
