茵栀黄口服液与双歧杆菌三联活菌散联用对新生儿黄疸的影响

Effect of Yinzhihuang Oral Fluid combined with Bifid-triple Viable Powder for neonates with jaundice

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨茵栀黄口服液与双歧杆菌三联活菌散联用对黄疸新生儿血清总胆汁酸、转铁蛋白和C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。 方法 随机抽取500例黄疸新生儿,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各250例。对照组实施蓝光照射治疗,并口服茵栀黄口服液,观察组在对照组基础上给予双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗。对比2组血清总胆汁酸、转铁蛋白、CRP、不良反应以及新生儿生长发育情况。 结果 治疗后,观察组转铁蛋白显著高于对照组,且CRP、胆红素、总胆汁酸水平以及不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05); 治疗后,观察组患儿体质量显著高于对照组,且身长、头围均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 茵栀黄口服液与双歧杆菌三联活菌散联用可降低黄疸新生儿血清总胆汁酸、CRP、胆红素水平以及不良反应发生率,提高转铁蛋白含量,有利于患儿生长发育。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of Yinzhihuang Oral Fluid combined with Bifid-triple Viable Powder on serum total bile acid, transferrin and C reactive protein(CRP)in neonates with jaundice. Methods A total of 500 jaundice neonates were randomly selected, and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 250 cases in each group. The control group was given blue ray radiation therapy as well as oral administration of Yinzhihuang Oral Fluid, while the observation group was additionally given Bifid-triple Viable Powder. Serum total bile acid, transferrin, CRP, adverse reactions and growth as well as development of neonates in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the level of transferrin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and levels of CRP, bilirubin, total bile acid and incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the body mass of neonates in the observation group was higher, and their body length and head circumference were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Yinzhihuang Oral Fluid combined with Bifid-triple Viable Powder can reduce levels of serum total bile acid, CRP, bilirubin and incidence of adverse reactions of jaundice neonates, improve the content of ferritin, and it is beneficial to the growth and development of children.
