Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of virtual simulation training in clinical skills training in the department of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery.
Methods A total of 120 students were selected as research objects, ans learning method was designed based on grade Ⅰ to Ⅲ task in "Alternate Bithermal Caloric Test" of virtual simulation training, and operation training and questionnaire surveys were conducted.
Results The students completed the learning tasks of grade Ⅰto Ⅲ through virtual simulation training, the number of students who scored more than 90 in tasks of grade Ⅲ, grade Ⅱand grade Ⅰ task was 109, 93, and 73, respectively, and the number of students with outstanding scores in grade Ⅲ was more than that of grades Ⅱ and Ⅰ, and the score of task of grade Ⅲ was higher than that of tasks of gradeⅡ and Ⅰ(P < 0.05). The satisfaction of virtual simulation training teaching platform was positively correlated with helping to understand the theoretical knowledge, inspiring one's own creativity, improving the operational proficiency as well as operational ability, favorable standardized training of clinical practice and professional doctors.
Conclusion The virtual simulation training experimental teaching in standardized training of clinical diagnosis and treatment technology operations helps to improve proficiency in practical operation of medical students, and stimulate creative thinking of students.
