Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery in ectopic pregnancy patients and its impact on surgical parameters and re-ectopic pregnancy rate.
Methods Clinical data of 100 ectopic pregnancy patients was retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into two groups according to different surgical treatment method. Patients treated with traditional open surgery were included in control group and those treated with laparoscopic surgery were included in study group. Operation indicators, postoperative re-ectopic pregnancy rate, postoperative recovery time and hospitalization costs of two groups were compared.
Results The average operation time of the study group was shorter, and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group(
P<0.05). The rate of re-ectopic pregnancy in the study group was lower than that in the control group(
P<0.05). The postoperative hospital stay, duration of abdominal pain and fever, infusion time and out-of-bed activity time of the study group were shorter than that of the control group, and the hospitalization cost was less than that of the control group(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Laparoscopic operation with the advantages of short operation time, less bleeding as well postoperative pain, and quick recovery in ectopic pregnancy has better efficacy, which can reduce re-ectopic pregnancy rate, and alleviate economic burden.
