血府逐瘀汤辅以外用药物治疗黄褐斑并月经不调患者的疗效评价

Effect evaluation of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with drugs for external use in treatment of patients with chloasma complicated with irregular menstruation

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨血府逐瘀汤辅以外用药物治疗黄褐斑并月经不调患者的疗效。 方法 将110例黄褐斑并月经不调患者随机分为对照组(给予外用药物治疗)与研究组(给予血府逐瘀汤联合外用药物治疗),每组55例。比较2组患者治疗效果。 结果 治疗后,2组月经不调评分、黄褐斑面积显著低于、小于治疗前,且研究组显著低于、小于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为96.36%, 显著高于对照组的81.82%(P<0.05)。治疗后, 2组血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、表皮生长因子(EGF)水平均显著高于治疗前,且研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 对于黄褐斑并月经不调患者,采用血府逐瘀汤辅以外用药物治疗可增强疗效,能够减轻月经不调症状,缩小黄褐斑面积,其机制可能与调节VEGF、EGF水平有关。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with drugs for external use in treatment of patients with chloasma complicated with irregular menstruation. Methods A total of 110 patients with chloasma and irregular menstruation were selected and randomly divided into control group(treated with drugs for external use)and study group(treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and drugs for external use), with 55 cases in each group. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the score of irregular menstruation and the area of chloasma in both groups were significantly lower and smaller than those before treatment, and these indexes in study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 96.36%, which was significantly higher than 81.82% of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and epidermal growth factor(EGF)in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the levels of VEGF and EGF in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with chloasma and irregular menstruation, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with drugs for external use can enhance the curative effect, alleviate the symptoms of irregular menstruation and reduce the area of chloasma, and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of VEGF and EGF levels.
