Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Basozyme Injection combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules in the treatment of sudden deafness.
Methods A total of 108 patients confirmed as sudden deafness were randomly divided into control group(
n=54)and combined butylphthalide intervention group(
n=54). The hematological indexes(fibrin content, ratio of viscosity, whole blood viscosity), pure tone hearing threshold, disappeared time of accompanied symptoms such as vertigo and tinnitus and clinical efficacy before and after 14 days of treatment in two groups were compared.
Results After treatment, the hematological indexes of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and the hematological indexes of combined butylphthalide intervention group were significantly better than those of control group(
P<0.05). The pure tone hearing thresholds of the two groups were lower than that before treatment, and the decrease degree of combined butylphthalide intervention group was significantly lower than that of control group(
P<0.05). The disappearance time of vertigo and tinnitus in combined butylphthalide intervention group was significantly shorter than that in control group(
P<0.05). The total effective rate of combined butylphthalide intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group(
P<0.05).
Conclusion The combined treatment of Basozyme Injection and Butylphthalide Soft Capsules has a remarkable effect on sudden deafness.
