Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on standards for tube nursing in elderly patients with colorectal cancer after laparoscopic radical operation.
Methods A total of 80 colorectal cancer patients with laparoscopic radical operation were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, while the experimental group was given evidence-based nursing on the basis of control group. The incidence rates of iatrogenic infection, tube falling off and complications were compared between the two groups.
Results The incidence rates of iatrogenic infection, tube falling off and complications in experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Application of evidence-based nursing in standards for tube nursing in elderly patients with colorectal cancer after laparoscopic radical operation can reduce the incidence rates of iatrogenic infection, tube falling off and complications.
