Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence of electronic information management system on psychological capital and work engagement status of nurses in hemodialysis room.
Methods From January 2018 to December 2019, 100 nurses in hemodialysis room of our hospital were selected. Before and 2, 8, 12 weeks after the use of electronic information management system, the psychological capital and work engagement status of nursing staffs were investigated and analyzed by Psychological Capital Scale and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale(UWES).
Results After using the electronic information management system, the total scores of psychological capital of nurses were(4.42±0.53)points, which were significantly higher than(3.32±0.42)points compared with using before(
P<0.05). After using the electronic information management system, the scores of UWES in different years groups, education groups and working age groups were significantly higher at 2, 8, 12 weeks than those before using the electronic information management system(
P<0.05), and there were significant differences in the scores of UWES in different age groups and education groups at 2, 8, 12 weeks after using the electronic information management system(
P<0.05).
Conclusion The use of electronic information management system can reduce the workload of nursing staffs in hemodialysis room, improve work efficiency, reduce psychological pressure of nursing staffs, and have a positive impact on psychological state.
