基于柔性绳驱动的乳腺磁共振弹性成像用激励装置的开发
Development of magnetic resonance elastography excitation device for mammary gland based on flexible rope drive

摘要: 针对传统磁共振弹性成像(MRE)用激励装置难以实现激励精度和装置灵活性兼顾的问题,本研究提出基于柔性绳驱动的乳腺磁共振弹性成像用激励装置的研发,利用柔性绳传递剪切运动,利用多组变向滑轮实现柔性绳路径的灵活布置,并设计高频往复运动激励源,从而实现高精度与高灵活性MRE激励装置开发。最终开发的激励装置可根据MRE对磁屏蔽及放置空间的需求,灵活调整柔性绳长度及路径,可实现刺激频率调节范围0~100 Hz, 激励振幅0.5 mm。该激励装置克服了传统激励装置难以实现的设备使用灵活性与剪切波精度控制难题,可为高精度MRE提供设备支持。Abstract: In view of the problem that traditional excitation devices used for magnetic resonance elastography(MRE)cannot achieve a high accuracy and an excellent flexibility at the same time, this paper put forward a new excitation device development for MRE based on the flexible rope drive. Flexible rope was used to transfer the shearing motion and several sets of variable wheels were utilized to flexibly change the path of the rope and high frequency reciprocating motion driver was developed to produce the excitation source, which could obtain MRE excitation devices with high precision and flexibility. The developed excitation device could flexibly adjust the length and path of the rope according to MRE requirements for magnetic shielding and space, and finally can produce excitation signals with frequency ranging from 0 to 100 Hz and a amplitude of 0.5 mm. The device can solve the difficulty that the traditional exciters cannot achieve a high accuracy and a good flexibility simultaneously, and provide equipment support for high-precision MRE.
