外周中等长度导管在神经外科患者中的应用效果

Effect of peripheral medium length catheter applied in neurosurgical patients

摘要:
目的探讨外周中等长度导管在神经外科患者中的应用效果。
方法选取神经外科患者88例，随机分为外周静脉中心置管组(PICC组)44例和外周中等长度导管组(Midline组)44例，其中PICC组失访1例。
结果 2组患者在院期间导管留置时间比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); Midline组并发症发生率低于PICC组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。
结论应用外周中等长度导管可有效降低神经外科住院患者并发症发生率。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the application effect of peripheral medium length catheter in neurosurgical patients.
Methods A total of 88 patients were randomly selected, and were randomly divided into peripherally inserted central catheter group (PICC group) with 44 cases and medium length catheter group(midline group)with 44 cases. The PICC group had one patient missed.
Results There was no statistically differences between the indwelling time of tubes in two groups(P>0.05), and the overall complication rate of the Midline group was significantly lower than that of PICC group(P < 0.05).
Conclusion Medium length catheter can effectively reduce the complication rate of neurosurgical inpatients.
