Methods Totally 45 patients with radical mastectomy from July to December 2018 were selected as control group, and they were given routine nursing during the perioperative period. Totally 42 cases patients with radical mastectomy from January to June 2019 were selected as the observation group, and they were given the clinical nursing rehabilitation pathwayway during the perioperative period. The mastery degree of health knowledge and postoperative rehabilitation were compared between two groups.
Results The scores of health knowledge and health skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(
P<0.05). The excellent rate of postoperative limb function, the rate of edema in the upper limb and the hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Clinical nursing rehabilitation pathway can increase the mastery degree of health knowledge and skills, promote functional exercise and accelerate the recovery of patients with radical mastectomy.
