目的观察生物陶瓷材料iRoot BP Plus用于龋源性恒牙部分活髓切断术的临床疗效。
方法对20例恒牙穿髓患者采用iRoot BP Plus行部分活髓切断术。分析术后1周、3个月及1年患者临床检查及X线检查结果。
结果 20例患者中仅1例患者出现自发痛加剧症状，需要进行根管治疗，另有2例在1周内出现轻度冷热刺激不适，对其树脂边缘重新酸蚀粘接后刺激症状逐渐缓解。1年后随访结果显示, iRoot BP Plus应用于部分活髓切断术成功率达95.00%, 患者满意度为A级。
结论采用生物陶瓷材料iRoot BP Plus应用于龋源性部分活髓切断术中，近期临床疗效较好，患者满意度高。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of bioceramics (iRoot BP Plus) applied in caries-derived permanent teeth undergoing partial pulpotomy.
Methods The iRoot BP Plus was used to perform partial pulp resection in 20 patients with permanent dental pulp penetration. Clinical examination and X-ray examination results were analyzed at one week, three months and one year after operation.
Results Only one of twenty patients had aggravation of spontaneous pain that required root canal therapy, two cases showed discomfort to mild cold and hot irritation within one week, and the irritation symptoms were gradually relieved after the resin edge was retouched and bonded. Follow-up results after one year showed that the success rate of iRoot BP Plus in partial myelotomy was 95.00%, and patients′ satisfaction reached grade A.
Conclusion The application of bioceramic material (iRoot BP Plus) in caries-induced partial pulp resection has a good short-term clinical effect and high satisfaction for patients.
