Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of specialized quality control rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with cirrhosis.
Methods A total of 90 cirrhotic patients admitted to our hospital were selected as study objects. According to the method of random number table, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases per group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while those in the observation group were given special quality control rehabilitation care on the basis of the control group. After 3 months of nursing, the liver function, treatment compliance, self-management ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results After 3 months of nursing, the levels of total bilirubin(TBIL), alanine transaminase(ALT)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the levels of albumin(ALB)and albumin/globulin(A/G)in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(
P<0.05). The treatment compliance of the observation group was better than those of the control group(
P<0.05), and the scores of self-management behavior and quality of life of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Application of quality control rehabilitation nursing for patients with liver cirrhosis can significantly improve the level of liver function, improve their treatment compliance and self-management ability, improve the quality of life, and is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
