慢性肾病营养不良患者的精细化营养管理

Meticulous nutrition management for chronic kidney disease patients with malnutrition

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨精细化营养管理在慢性肾病营养不良患者中的应用效果。 方法 选取2018年6—12月收治的43例慢性肾病营养不良患者为对照组,采用常规饮食管理。选取2019年1—6月收治的45例相关患者为观察组,采用精细化营养管理。比较2组的饮食知信行情况、营养状况。 结果 观察组干预后的饮食认知、态度、行为情况好于对照组(P<0.05); 观察组干预后血清白蛋白、总蛋白含量高于对照组(P<0.05), 改良主观综合性营养(SGA)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 精细化管理有利于改善慢性肾病营养不良患者的饮食知信行和营养状态。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of meticulous nutrition management in chronic kidney disease patients with malnutrition. Methods Totally 43 patients with chronic renal disease and malnutrition from June to December 2018 were selected as control group, and routine diet management was adopted. Totally 45 patients with chronic renal disease and malnutrition from January to June 2019 were selected as observation group, and meticulous nutrition management was adopted. The dietary knowledge-attitude-behavior condition and nutritional status were compared between the two groups. Results The dietary cognition-attitude-behavior condition of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The contents of serum albumin and total protein in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and improved Subjective Global Assessment(SGA)score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Meticulous nutrition management is beneficial to improve dietary knowledge-attitude-behavior condition and nutritional status in the chronic kidney disease patients with malnutrition.
