桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗寒湿痹阻型痛风急性期患者的疗效观察

Effect observation of modified Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction in treatment of patients with gout in acute phase differentiated as type of cold-dampness obstruction

  • 摘要: 目的 观察桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗寒湿痹阻型痛风急性期患者的疗效。 方法 将110例寒湿痹阻型痛风急性期患者随机分为对照组53例与干预组57例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,干预组在对照组基础上应用桂枝芍药知母汤加减方治疗。2组均治疗2周。比较2组患者治疗前后尿酸水平(UA)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)等变化。 结果 治疗前, 2组患者VAS评分、UA、CRP、ESR水平比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后, 2组VAS评分、UA、CRP、ESR水平均较治疗前显著改善,且干预组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,干预组有效率为91.23%, 高于对照组的84.91%, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 对于寒湿痹阻型痛风急性发作期患者,西药联合桂枝芍药知母汤加减方的疗效优于单纯使用西药治疗。

     

    Abstract: Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction in the treatment of patients with gout in acute phase differentiated as type of cold-dampness obstruction. Methods Totally 110 patients with gout in acute phase differentiated as type of cold-dampness obstruction were randomly divided into control group(n=53)and intervention group(n=57). The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the intervention group was treated with modified Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The changes of uric acid(UA), visual analogue scale(VAS), C reactive protein(CRP)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)were compared before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in VAS score, UA, CRP and ESR between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the VAS score, UA, CRP and ESR levels in both groups significantly improved when compared with those before treatment, and the indexes in the intervention group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, - the effective rate of the intervention group was 91.23%, which was significantly higher than 84.91%of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Western medicine combined with modified Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction is better than western medicine alone in the treatment of patients with gout in acute phase differentiated as type of cold-dampness obstruction.
