Expert consensus on management standard of wound repair after anorectal surgery(2019)

摘要: 肛肠手术因其手术部位的特殊性,术后创面的规范化管理对于术后创面的修复和康复尤为重要。本专家组针对肛肠术后创面的特点,从创面修复的生理过程、中西医对创面管理的原则和用药方面进行系统论述,并就肛肠术后创面修复的每一阶段的中西医治疗原则、方法及注意事项等形成较为实用、可靠、规范的专家共识,以帮助临床医师正确认识并简便、规范地管理肛肠术后创面,同时为肛肠外科无痛病房建设项目中的创面管理提供决策基础。

Abstract: It is of great significance to implement the standardized management for repair and rehabilitation of wounds due to its operative particularity. We systematically reviewed the literature in perspective of physiological process of wound repair, the principles of wound management and medication of traditional Chinese and western medicine according to the characteristics of wound after anorectal operation, and formed a more practical, reliable and standardized expert consensus on the principles, methods and precautions of traditional Chinese and western medicine in each stage of wound repair after anorectal operation, so as to help clinicians understand correctly and normatively manage the wounds, and to provide the basis for wound management in the construction projects of painless ward in anorectal surgery department.
