Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical effect of home-based stoma nursing platform combined with family follow-up in continuous nursing of patients with permanent enterostomy.
Methods A total of 80 patients with permanent enterostomy were selected as research objects, and were randomly divided into two groups. The control group with 40 patients was given routine stoma nursing, while the experimental group with 40 patients was given home-based stoma nursing platform combined with family follow-up on the basis of routine nursing. The compliance of self-management, self-efficacy evaluation, quality of life index and satisfaction of stoma nursing were compared between two groups at one week, one month and three months after discharge were compared.
Results Compliance of stoma management, patient self-efficacy, quality of life index and overall satisfaction of stoma nursing in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group at three month after discharge.
Conclusion Continuous nursing management mode of home-based stoma nursing platform combined with family follow-up can significantly improve the compliance of stoma management of enterostomy patients, enhance the self-care ability, improve the quality of life, and enhance the satisfaction of stoma nursing so as to improve the quality of nursing.
