Objective  To evaluate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in hip bath with fumigation and washing prescription after mixed hemorrhoids operation.

  Methods  A total of 96 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in our hospital were selected as study objects, and were divided into comprehensive nursing group and routine nursing group according to random number table method. The routine nursing group was given routine nursing and warm boiled water hip bath, while the comprehensive nursing group was given comprehensive nursing intervention and hip bath with fumigation and washing prescription. Nursing effects of the two nursing methods were observed and evaluated.

  Results  Compared with the routine nursing group, the treatment efficiency, nursing satisfaction of the comprehensive nursing group were significantly higher(P < 0.05), the wound healing time, disappearance time of anal margin edema as well as disappearance time of anal pain were shorter(P < 0.05).

  Conclusion  Strengthened comprehensive nursing intervention during the hip bath treatment with fumigation and washing prescription can effectively shorten the healing time of wound, the disappearance time of anal edema and the disappearance time of anal pain, and improve patients′satisfaction to nursing and therapeutic effect after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids.
